Do you offer after sales service?
We provide service, maintenance and support directly to our customers in Limassol and through our business partners, to the customers based in all other cities in Cyprus.
Do you service equipment that are no longer available for sale?
Yes, we keep spare parts and we repair equipment that are out of production for a reasonable amount of time.
Do you charge a fee for the delivery of consumable items?
No, the delivery of paper rolls, inks and other consumable items is free.
Can we return equipment?
Yes, as long as these are in pristine condition and in their original package.
Are you authorized to provide and repair fiscal equipment?
Yes, we are authorized and certified by the Ministry of Finance to provide and repair fiscal cash registers and fiscal electronic signature devices.
