Factory Warranty
LILLYTOS LTD. provides full factory warranty coverage for all equipment, in accordance with the duration specified by the manufacturer. During the warranty period and subject to the applicable terms and conditions, we undertake the repair of equipment free of charge, including both spare parts and labor.
Annual Service & Support Scheme
To ensure continuous reliability and optimal performance of your systems, we offer a comprehensive annual Support, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) Service.
The SMR service covers the hardware and/or software of:
- Cash Registers
- POS Systems
- PCs
- Related peripherals and equipment
This premium service provides peace of mind by ensuring that your equipment operates at peak performance through regular preventive maintenance. In the event of a malfunction, our experienced and qualified technicians respond promptly to minimize downtime and restore operations quickly.
Our goal is to help you save time and costs while maintaining a smooth, interruption-free business environment, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
Benefits of the SMR Scheme
With no additional labor charges, SMR members are entitled to:
- Telephone and on-site technical support
- Emergency telephone support outside normal working hours
- Preventive maintenance services to reduce the risk of breakdowns
- Equipment repair services
- Electronic data backup (where applicable)
By choosing our SMR service, you safeguard your investment and ensure the long-term, efficient, and productive operation of your equipment.
The SMR contract is valid for one year and may be evaluated and renewed upon expiration. By joining the scheme, you gain a reliable technical partner dedicated to maintaining your systems and supporting the seamless flow of your daily operations.
Pay-Per-Call Support
For customers who prefer not to enroll in the SMR scheme, we also provide professional technical services on a per-call basis.
